A sailor from Worcestershire who was in a round the world yacht race has said the moment when a large wave hit was like something out of a film.
Mark Burkes was one of four sailors injured when the wave hit the boat during storm conditions last weekend. He's been speaking to us from America, where they've reached dry land.
