Four people have been taken to hospital after two cars collided on the A44 west of Leominster near Monkland in Herefordshire.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the A44 just after 16.15 today (11 November).

"Crews arrived on scene to find two cars had been in collision.
“A female front seat passenger in her seventies was trapped in the vehicle. Once released, the woman was treated for chest and arm injuries. She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for further assessment and treatment.
“The male driver of the car, believed to be in his seventies, was treated for minor injuries and taken to Hereford Hospital.
“Two patients travelling in the second car received minor injuries and were conveyed to Hereford Hospital.”
