Police release footage of men they want to speak to in connection with robbery

Nottinghamshire Police have released this CCTV footage in an appeal for witnesses to a brutal robbery that happened in September, this year.

Christian Lecoutier was attacked from behind by two men. He suffered a fractured eye socket and skull before they stole his rucksack.

The CCTV shows two men, one in black and the other in white, walking behind Mr Lecoutier, shortly before the attack. Police want to speak to these two men in connection with the incident.

Nottinghamshire Police have released images of the brutal injuries a 20-year-old man sustained in a robbery in Pleasley, Nottinghamshire.

Christian Lecoutier suffered a fractured eye socket and a fractured skull during the attack.

It happened at around 4.30pm on Friday 28th September, this year. Mr Lecoutier had just got off a bus in Pleasley Hill.

Two men attacked from behind and stole his rucksack which contained his iPhone and iPad.

Police are keen to speak to the two men, one in black and the other in white, seen walking behind Mr Lecoutier as he walked past a car garage at the top of Chesterfield Road North in Mansfield, shortly before the attack.

Motorist killed in Derbyshire

A motorist has been killed after his van hit a wall in Pleasley, Derbyshire.The accident took place on Chesterfield Road North at around 11.45am on Tuesday. The 49-year-old man was taken to King's Mill Hospital but he later died. Diversions were put in place but the road has now re-opened.
