A teenage girl is in a serious condition in hospital following a collision involving a bus.
It happened in the Meadows area of Nottingham at around 5:20pm yesterday.
No one else was injured in the incident.
Nottingham Children's Hospital has come up with a novel way of making hospital less daunting. They've been given six new scooters for children to use around the wards and corridors while they're having treatment.
The idea is the kids can scoot to the operating theatre, making the prospect of surgery less scary. Hospital staff say it also helps with their rehabilitation.
