Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have been in the Midlands today - just a day after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their engagement.
Prince Charles met well-wishers in Stoke-on-Trent, telling them he was "very happy" about the wedding. The royal couple visited a chapel in Hanley, a pottery museum and Stoke City Football Club. ITV News Central reporter Melissa Wright was there.
Nottingham's Theatre Royal will mark 150 years since it hosted its first production with a royal visitor today.
Prince Edward will visit the cultural landmark to unveil a plaque honouring the occasion. He'll also be given a tour of the Victorian building.
The Earl of Wessex will also be introduced to members of the front of house and backstage teams and will meet a group of city school children who will be role-playing key characters from the venue's actual opening night on Friday 25 September 1865.
