"Until I speak to her I really don't know how she's feeling; how much panic there was on the ship and how much panic she felt herself. If it was all done in a controlled manner she may think it's all fine and she can go back on. But until I speak to her I really don't know how she'll feel."

"Completely shocked I couldn't believe it was happening again - you know the ship was in danger. Even though I knew the fire was out obviously I didn;t know the extent of the fire but in the same email they did say that everyone was safe so there was a little bit of comfort there."

Rebecca Thomas, a dancer from Sutton Coldfield, is stranded on the cruise ship the Costa Allegra in the Indian Ocean after it lost power.

Her brother James Thomas, who is also a dancer, escaped from the Costa Concordia which sank in Italy last month.

Rebecca Thomas from Sutton Coldfield is stranded on the Costa Allegra which was left drifting after losing power in the Indian Ocean.

Her brother James, who is also a dancer, escaped from the Costa Concordia when it capsized in Italy last month, killing 25 people and leaving seven more missing.
