Members of the GMB union at Hanson Brick in Peterborough, will take action amid complaints that the company was trying to cut holiday entitlement.
The strike follows a reorganisation which came into effect after the closure of brick works at Whittlesey in Cambridgeshire.
Hanson Brick says staff were compensated for the changes to their terms and conditions.
A company spokesman added: "It is disappointing that, having accepted the compensation payment, a small section of the workforce has now changed their minds and elected to take industrial action."
Michele Paduano, Union Representative, has told ITV News Central "there's absolutely no need" for staff to be made redundant.

Members of the National Union of Journalists walked out at midnight for 24 hours.
The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) has said journalists at the BBC in Nottingham are to go on strike next Monday in a dispute over compulsory redundancies.
Members of the NUJ will walk out for 24 hours to support colleagues elsewhere in the country whose jobs are under threat.

Managers at Birmingham Airport say a possible Christmas strike by staff has been averted.
A statement from the company in the last few minutes said workers had rejected strike action in a ballot after being offered a two point five per cent pay rise. A spokesman for the airport said it will be operating as normal during Christmas.

Teachers at the Kimberley School in Nottingham are expected to strike for a second time today, over plans to turn the school into an academy. Members of the National Union of Teachers will strike for two days, with a further three strike days planned for next week.
