Two major tunnels that feed traffic into Birmingham city centre will close for six weeks to allow for maintenance work to be carried out.

Most of us will see some spells of sunshine breaking through the cloud but there will still be some spells of longer rain across Lincolnshire. There wil be highs through this afternoon of around 5 degress celsius.
Traffic has gone back to normal on the A45 Coventry Road between Goodway Road (Eagle Court Business park) and B425 Hob's Moat Road (The Wheatsheaf).
Middleton Road in Shirley in the West Midlands is parTy blocked due to a burst water main and flooding at Velsheda Road.
Near The Colebrook Pub, flood is subsiding as Severn Trent have switched off the water supply.
That said, a lot of damage has been caused to the road surface and resurfacing work will need to be done.
