Police make further arrest following Malakai McKenzie murder

Police investigating the murder of Malakai McKenzie have made a further arrest overnight.

The 25-year-old man, who was arrested in Nottingham, is in custody and will be questioned by detectives about the shooting of 19-year-old Mr McKenzie outside The Hubb pub in Sherwood on 21 April.

A 22-year-old man who was arrested on Thursday remains in custody.

20-year-old Ijah Lavelle-Moore, Malcolm Vaughan Francis, 18, and Cameron Cashin, 20, have been charged with murder.

They have been remanded into custody before their next appearance at Nottingham Crown Court on Wednesday 23 May.
