A man has died following a fire in a car repair shop in Alfreton.
The 27 year old man died at the Queens Medical Centre yesterday afternoon.
A fire broke out at a unit on an industrial estate in Lydford Road at around 12.10 yesterday afternoon.
Three men were injured and taken to hospital, two were later released.
40 firefighters tackled the blaze yesterday afternoon.
The road has been re-opened but police remain at the scene.
A joint investigation into the cause of the fire will begin today.
