Parents of six children killed in a house fire remanded into custody

The parents charged with the murder of their six children in a house fire in Derby have appeared at Nottingham Crown Court.

All of the children aged between five and thirteen died from smoke inhalation. 55 year old Mick Philpott and 31 year old Mairead Philpott were remanded into custody.
