Birmingham City Council has approved plans for a multi-million pound regeneration scheme in Digbeth.

The first phase of development was approved for the £150 million Beorma Quarter.

Work will start on the site later this year to create 600,000 square feet of offices, leisure and retail space, a hotel and public square.
