Christmas market stall fees to be discussed
Councillors in Lincoln are meeting tonight to discuss whether to increase fees for stallholders at this year's Lincoln Christmas market.
A decision has been delayed from last week.
The proposals include doubling some surcharges and increasing rents for traders in some of the busiest shopping areas as a means of reducing how much the council pays in subsidising the event.
