Wrong way on M6 lorry, full report
A lorry driver has been jailed for eight months after driving the wrong way along the M6, more than twice the drink-drive limit.
50-year-old Pal Korbely from Hungary was stopped by police after motorists were forced to swerve to miss his oncoming lorry on one of the UK's busiest motorways.
Police say it is a miracle that no one was hurt or killed.
Today he received a three year driving ban and was sentenced to 8 months in prison.
