Dylan Cecil inquest due to take place
The inquest into the death of Dylan Cecil from Kettering is due to open later. The four-year-old died when he slipped into the sea from a jetty at Burnham-on-Sea just over a week ago. On Sunday a memorial service was held in the seaside town.

The body was discovered at about 12.30pm today. Police say they believe it be that of missing 4-year-old, Dylan Cecil.
