The mother of Britain's smallest baby to undergo open heart surgery has thanked staff at Birmingham Children's Hospital for the treatment and support her daughter received.
Eleana Hastings spent 18 months in hospital, resulting in her parents having to live apart - her mother Fran stayed with her, while her father Darren stayed at their family home in Coventry with their two other children.
