Footballer found guilty of murder

A former scholar of Stoke City's football academy brutally stabbed his 15-year-old girlfriend 60 times with two different knives following arguments over his jealous behaviour, a court heard today.

Andrew Hall pleaded guilty to murdering Megan Leigh-Peat at Luton Crown Court today. He was jailed for life by Judge Richard Foster, serving a minimum of ten years.
