Residents react to discovery of baby in bin
Residents give their reaction to the news that an injured baby girl was discovered in the rubbish collection area of a tower block of flats in Wolverhampton.
Police were called to a flat on Boscobel Crescent at 6.30pm on Saturday night following reports of a missing child.
