A coach driver has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving following a collision on the M5 in March this year.

It happened around 6.25am on Saturday 24 March when a lorry collided with a single decker bus on the southbound carriageway near to junction three.

A 35-year-old coach passenger died at the scene and a 65-year-old lorry driver died in hospital.

The 50-year-old driver from the Great Barr area will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Tuesday 2 October.
