Fly-Tipping has become such a problem for some residents in Derby that they claim they are struggling to get to their homes.
One resident affected is Leonie O'Connell she says she has young children and feels it is not a safe situation to live in.
Derbyshire County Council say they are powerless to clear it up as the rubbish is on private land.
