Full report: four years for shot Melton Mowbray burglars
Two men, who were shot during a break-in at a home in Leicestershire, have been sentenced to four years each in prison.
Daniel Mansell and Joshua O'Gorman from Leicester admitted burgling a house in Welby near Melton Mowbray earlier this month.
They were caught by homeowner, Andy Ferrie, who shot them with a legally-owned gun. Criminal charges against Mr Ferrie and his wife were later dropped
