A Midlands council has decided to take drastic action against litter bugs - they're simply going to stop the clean-up operation for two days in November in order to make a point.

Derby City council says enough is enough. Each year it costs taxpayers one billion pounds to keep the streets of Britain clean - but with increasingly tight budgets the council says money is being wasted.
