West Midlands Police have name the man killed in a fire at Willenhall.
Victor Moore, 68, died after a fire on Southey Close caused 50 people to be evacuated.
A 20 year-old remains in police custody on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. Officers have been granted until Thursday morning to release or charge the man.
