Nottinghamshire County Council has backed the decision by the Care Quality Commission to take emergency legal action to deregister Spring Lane Residential Home in Lambley.
The council says it's currently helping residents and their families find new care homes after a court order was granted on Tuesday.
“Although some improvements have been made, we remained extremely concerned at the standard of care provided and the home’s ability to achieve and maintain required standards of care in the future._
