Council backs decision to take legal action against care home

Nottinghamshire County Council has backed the decision by the Care Quality Commission to take emergency legal action to deregister Spring Lane Residential Home in Lambley.

The council says it's currently helping residents and their families find new care homes after a court order was granted on Tuesday.

The Care Quality Commission has take urgent legal action to stop a Nottinghamshire care home owner from being able to run a residential home.
