The Care Quality Commission has take urgent legal action to stop a Nottinghamshire care home owner from being able to run a residential home.
The Commission made an successful application to magistrates to have the registration of Spring Lane Nursing home cancelled with immediate affect.
The CQC said it had serious concerns about the service and the risks to people using it.
