A hospital trust is to pay £6 million pounds to the parents of an 11-year-old boy who was severely disabled after he was starved of oxygen during his birth.
Joseph O-Reggio's heart rate dropped but medical staff didn't intervene for almost ten hours. The hospital trust admitted staff should have reacted sooner.
