The 31-year-old was caught on a speed camera travelling at 69mph in a 40mph zone as he drove his £30,000 Range Rover on the M42/M6 Toll Road near Curdworth, Warwickshire.

He was first caught on March 6, weeks later he was caught driving 70mph on the same stretch of road on April 25.

Crouch was charged with speeding and failing to tell police who was driving at Nuneaton Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday 16 October).
