Artefacts from endangered Midlands' buildings to be auctioned

The Waterloo Hotel in Smethwick was named amongst the ten most endangered Victorian and Edwardian buildings by the Victorian society today.

The Edwardian bar and grill, built in 1907, is due to be auctioned at the end of the month.

Endangered Building Auction

The Waterloo Hotel in Smethwick and Wingfield Station in Derbyshire have been included in the list of the ten most endangered buildings. Today the Waterloo Hotel will be sold at auction.
