Parents of boy assaulted with own crutches furious as attacker gets final warning
A 15-year-old boy was hit around the head six times with his own crutches in an apparently unprovoked attack.
The attacker was quickly identified by the police, but Angus' parents say they are furious the seventeen-year-old was only given a final warning.
"It's wrong, we all know it's wrong everyone on the websites is saying it's disgusting, this is the state of the crime, the policing, the CPS in the UK, the boy was on crutches and he was attacked, that's utterly, utterly wrong. "
