Senior officer hit by train, full report
A Leicestershire police chief suspended on allegations of fraud and misconduct has been found dead.
Assistant Chief Constable Gordon Fraser was hit by a train.
He was suspended from duty two years ago and was due to appear in court in connection with a separate allegation on Monday.
