Sniffer dog gets awarded

An army search dog who died after his handler was killed in Afghanistan will be awarded a posthumous medal today.

Springer spaniel Theo, who trained with Lance Corporal Liam Tasker at RAF North Luffenham in Rutland, will receive the PDSA Dickin Medal, known as the animals' equivalent of the Victoria Cross.
