Clean up operation tackles Derby weekend of litter
Derby City Council are beginning their clean-up of the city centre this morning after holding a 48 hour 'litter stop' over the weekend.
They decided to down their brooms to highlight the amount of rubbish dropped and show what could happen if government cuts continue.
