Students caught in hurricane remain in New York

The teacher in charge of 38 schoolgirls from Leicester, stranded in New York after Hurricane Sandy, says she has no idea how long it will be until they can return home.

Angela Lancini, who's head of 6th form at Leicester High School for Girls, has told Central Tonight that the girls have this morning ventured out of the hotel to witness the devastation caused by the storm.
