93-year-old rescued from house fire
A 93-year-old lady has been rescued by firefighters following a fire in her home in Fenton, Staffordshire.
Crews were called to the scene in Victoria Road at around 10:00pm last night.
A neighbour raised the alarm after seeing lots of smoke.
The lady was taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
