Lorry driver in court one year after schoolgirl's death in Kings Heath

A lorry driver has appeared in court charged with dangerous driving following the death of a 13 year old girl.

Hope Fennell died trying to cross Kings Heath High Street in Birmingham exactly a year ago today.

Darren Foster, who's from Alvaston in Derbyshire, is also charged with perverting the course of justice.

The 37 year old denies both charges and will stand trial in February.
