Malala "making satisfactory progress"

The Pakistani schoolgirl being treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham after being shot in the head by the Taliban is making satisfactory progress. The doctors and nurses looking after Malala Yousufzai say she is in a comfortable and stable condition.

Malala reunited with friend

Malala Yousufzai, the 15-year-old girl shot in the head by the Taliban in Pakistan, has been reunited with her lifelong friend who was injured in the same attack.
