Council vehicle monitors dangerous parking outside schools

CCTV has been installed in a car in Wolverhampton to try and tackle the growing number of people parking illegally outside schools at the the beginning and end of the day.

The council vehicle will patrol at busy times capturing offenders on camera.

Anyone flouting the law will face a fine of up to seventy pounds.
