Froch is "looking forward" to defending his title in Nottingham this weekend
Carl the "Cobra" Froch will be facing American boxer Yusaf Mack on Saturday at the Capital FM Arena.
The Nottingham boxer will be defending his IBF World super middleweight title.
Froch, who told ITV Central he was looking forward to Saturday said "we're both fighters, we both know what we need to do".
