A woman from Derbyshire who was wrongly jailed for killing her baby son has taken her fight for compensation to the European Court of Human Rights.
Lorraine Allen's conviction was quashed after fresh medical evidence proved it to be unsafe.
She claims it was a miscarriage of justice, but the Government has rejected her claims for compensation.
The decision will now be made by a panel of judges in Strasbourg.
