Court hears case of woman wrongly convicted for killing son

The case of a woman from Derbyshire, who's fighting for compensation after she was wrongly convicted for killing her baby son, will be heard by the European Court of Human Rights today.

Twelve years ago Lorraine Allen was convicted for the manslaughter of her son Patrick.

Judges here dismissed a miscarriage of justice after her conviction was quashed in 2005.
