Shop owner boards up windows and demands more action from police

A business owner in Lincoln who's had his shop window broken for the second time in a month is demanding the police take more action, and has also boarded his windows up.

Jim Tweedle claims his shop on Monks Road is regularly a target for anti social behaviour because it's next door to a homeless shelter. But the charity which operates the shelter is adamant those living there aren't responsible. Kate Hemmingway reports.
