"The donors can do something" to help those who need it the most
Paul and Sue Newman have set up a charity that encourages pensioners who don't need their Winter Fuel allowance to donate it to those that do.
Last year they raised £30,000 for Age UK.
The Charity is called 125 Winter Fund and provides money to elderly people who have to decided whether to eat or stay warm because their £100 Winter Allowance isn't enough.
