Coventry-born showjumper and Olympic gold medallist Nick Skelton will be awarded an OBE by the Queen today for services to equestrian sport.
54 year-old Skelton was part of Britain's team jumping squad who took gold at London 2012 and has won a number of major medals in a career spanning nearly 40 years.
