Hidden camera shows people getting into unlicensed taxi
An investigation by ITV has revealed many people are still taking risks on nights out by getting into unlicensed cabs to get home.
This footage shows people getting into an ordinary car in Birmingham City Centre which ITV placed hidden cameras inside.
