ITV investigation into unlicensed cabs
An investigation by ITV into unlicensed cabs has revealed many women are still taking risks on nights out by getting into illegal taxis.
ITV placed hidden cameras in an ordinary, unmarked car to see whether anyone would choose to travel home in an unlicensed vehicle.
