Leicestershire Police: Significant minority of HGV drivers break the law
PC Russ Davies from Leicestershire Police has told ITV Central that a significant minority of HGV drivers chose to break the law by either not wearing seat belts, using mobile phones and even watching DVDs behind the wheel.
