Man angry over proposed solar farm around his house
A man who bought a retirement home just eight months ago has discovered the council plan to build a solar farm that will completely surround his property.
Graham Cowley has received a letter detailing the plans, but even though his is the only house for miles, it wasn't even addressed to him personally.
