A public meeting is being held to discuss the safety around a railway crossing in Bestwood Village in Nottingham.

Last month, 13-year-old Lindsey Inger was killed there as she walked her friends home.

Hucknall West Councillor, Chris Baron has organised the meeting, along with Lindsey's mum, Marlene Starling.

Representatives from Network Rail and Nottingham Express Transit, who run the tram network in the city, will be present at the meeting.

Mr Baron and Lindsey's mum want to find a solution to the problems with the crossing.
