Church lead thieves sentenced to over 20 years imprisonment
A gang of six men who systematically stole lead from the roofs of churches across Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire have been sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court today.
Vidas Andruska, Andrius Cereska, Tadas Andruska, Audrius Kvedaras and Nerijus Razmas were jailed for a total of 20 years and 6 months.
A sixth man, Vitalijus Vikys, was given a 6 month suspended sentence.
They were jailed for conspiracy to steal, theft and handling stolen goods.
