A man has been given a life sentence for the murder of a woman in Worcester, earlier this year.
Jacqueline Harrison, who was 48, was found dead at her flat, in Worcester, in April of this year.
She had suffered extensive injuries from a serious assault.
William Cummins, who is 52 and of no fixed abode, was found guilty of her murder at Worcester Crown Court today. He has been sentenced to 17 years in prison.
